Learn about the characteristics and educational implications of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) with this workshop provided by Michele Lammers of Partners Resource Network and Melody Adams of Blue Cross Blue Shield Community Outreach. This workshop will explore how the characteristics of autism vary significantly within and across individuals with ASDs, how students with autism have varying degrees of challenges and strengths, and early diagnosis and intervention strategies.

Are you a teen, aged 12 to 18, interested in volunteering at the library this summer? Then you will want to attend our Teen Volunteer Orientation! We will teach you and your guardian how to sign up on and use our online volunteer software, assist with any paperwork, and answer any questions you may have. Pizza will be provided for those who attend! If you are not able to make it to the orientation, no worries!
